Where Can I Get Cheap, Online Nutrition And Fitness Courses?
I’m not looking to become certified. Right now I just want to learn as much as I can about applied fitness and nutrition (without diet-craze influenced bias) and want to take some classes. Does anyone know of any legitimate, relatively cheap online courses in fitness and nutrition? I’m looking for general courses, but sports fitness and nutrition would be fine as well. Thanks!

can i ask where you are from ……..the reason i ask that as im in the uk and i know at some of the fitness first hold courses which are free and they lead up to personal training, they are run through the colleges, but you dont have to be a member of the college or fitness first they are premier skills courses
