Get back to your regular 3 times a week.
At first just swim for 5 minutes then have a rest for a minute or two, then another 5 minutes and so on.
As you progress build up gradually /cut back rest times until you can do the full 30 minutes without dying.
Be patient, enjoy the swimming rather than do it as a task.</description>
