		<description>Well, I go to the gym and work hard and nonstop for about 2 hours about 4 times a week. I also go for half hour runs on those days and am also a black belt in karate so that usually on the other two days. I also kickbox for about 45 minutes which compensates for a gym day. And as for a maximum, you can go until you get exhausted, tired, dizzy, or feel as if you are going to faint. But you also have to make sure you eat enough to have the energy for all of that working out!</description>

		<description>If your just started doing cardio run a good 30 mins. If you have been doing cardio a while you can start to increase your time. I generally spend 1-2 hours doing cardio. You can do it until your tired pretty much.</description>
