Everyone should really try! Zumba is so much fun and great workout! And in the fitness center I go in my class theres from kids with their mom’s, teens, old.. Women all ages in same class having fun. Sadly we dnt have any man there.

if have tightness or stiff muscles, this will help loosen up the joints before they get worse. flexibility comes with consistent movement in a zumba class as often per week possible. or according to your fitness level…just a vision(eyesight) becomes stiff, without flexibility and movement, the lens becomes out of focus from less exercise of the extraocular muscles(6per side), if muscles aren’t worked, therefore when we reach our 40s, we wonder why we get presbyopia..no exercise. Get Zumbafied
